I have always felt that my strengths sit somewhere between art and science. I care about how something looks, but I also want to understand how it works, why it works, and whether it solves the right problem.
That combination has shaped most of my career. In 2004, Jay Richardson and I started Werkbot. What I thought might be temporary became the focus of my professional life. Since then, I have helped plan and design websites, brands, applications, and other digital tools for hundreds of organizations.
I like working with people who can think creatively, solve real problems, and move comfortably between an idea and its execution.
Werkbot is one expression of that mindset. This page is another. It is where I share smaller apps, experiments, and side projects that start with something I want to solve, test, or better understand.

This is an "old school" Zelda style game where you control Werkbot killing bad designers and sales people who don't value quality projects. (This is a work in progress)
